Virgin to offer domestic flights in 2006

Virgin airlines has announced a new budget airline, Virgin America, will begin service in 2006. Their hubs will be San Francisco and New York and will service major domestic metropolitan cities. They plan to take America by storm with $177 million to get them off the ground, the largest start-up investment of any airline in U.S. history! I’m excited that this will mean more cheap chances for me to get away from it all! I’ve still only been to the east coast once, but if they offer a cheap flight I might just have to start packing my bags now!
