Saw this on TravelPost today. If you love water and who doesn't really, other than W.C. Fields, perhaps then you'll love this promo. TravelPost reports its a good deal. If you want miles and don't mind heading to the bathroom for a pee break every 10 minutes:

I was hunting around to see how much a 15-pack would cost, and I found Walgreens selling them for $4.49 and three for $8 on sale. At the non-sale price, you would end up spending approximately $898 for 200 15-packs of Dannon water and end up with 100,000 miles. You’d have to spend $2,750 on American Airlines’ web site to purchase 100,000 miles outright. But you can only buy 40,000 per calendar year. So this promo offers a cheaper, faster way to stock up AA miles. Of course, you do have to go through the pain in the ass process of buying all the water and mailing all the crap in.

UPDATE: As someone noted on the TravelPost site, the correct calculation seems to be 100,000/100 * 2.66 = $2,660. Not as great a deal, but if you drink water, why not.
