I just wanted to say that I am tired of the airline industry's horrible record with mistakes. Everything from delays to rude people at the counter. My son took a flight back to his Mom today and the airline "lost" his bag. Gone are several Christmas presents that were not worth all that much money, but had suddenly become very valuable to him as they were given by several family members. Gone. Monetary compensation is not good enough. And why should the airline personnel care? It's not thier luggage after all. How does a bag disappear on a non-stop flight? Commercial air traffic has been prevalent for 70+ years, and they still can't get it right. It is no wonder the industry is in the shape it is in. They ought to be ashamed.
