Dear Easyjet: You are the most hopeless airline that I have ever travelled with. I have today been disappointed by your non-existent efforts to help me in Bristol, blatently lied to regarding your obligation to me to provide me transport and accomodation in the event of a non-flight and bullied by your unpleasant, red-headed manageress in Bristol, whoever the hell she was. This is not the first time I have experienced you screwing things up and leaving all your passengers with no assistance whatsoever and nobody to turn to in a foreign country, like so many turds in the pan. When I flew to Rome with you around Christmas 2004, you flew to the wrong airport, turned us out of the plane and left us alone, late at night, without a word. You are truely a company that appears to be run by screwups and I will never, ever fly with you again. For leaving a really foul taste in my mouth at the end of what was otherwise a wonderful Christmas, fuck you all and I hope your miserable lying company of under-achievers goes down the pan soon.
