For those in a much different tax bracket than myself, real estate is king. Not just buildings or land, whole islands. Like the island of Australia. Kidding. Anyway, some islands are for sale, seems like most of the mega-wealthy have one, Johnny Depp, Nick Cage, Trump, the CEO of Mobissimo ... Here's a list of some that may be in your price range.
