Beautiful piece of land (about 2 ac) fenced with battlemented stone, with wine-yards, fruit and pine-trees, surrounded by water in the Burguillo reservoir (Ávila, Spain).

The castle is a rural two story stone building, with 5 bedrooms (two large and three small) and a supplementary coach for two people in the sitting-room (max. 10 persons), two bad-rooms (one with a tub, the other with a shower), kitchen-dinning-room, cellar, terrace, two chimneys, barbecue...
 
You reach it by a small rowing boat (with an optional motor) from a private plot in front of the island.
6Km. from nearest village El Tiemblo and 10 from El Barraco and 1:15 hours from Madrid by car.
