Friday, August 1. 2008Mobissimo OneBox Search - Just Type in Your Itinerary and We'll Search for You
Natural language search is what it's all about. The ease of use of just typing in your itinerary supercedes calendars or drop-down menus (although we still have that for you as well). Mobissimo users can use natural language search on Mobissimo right now. Go to the front page and click OneBox, from there, you can simply put in New York to London Nov 8-23 and press Search. Many possibilities here, NY to Tokyo, NYC to TYO, new york to tokyo, even dates, November 8-23, 11/8-11/23, etc. You can even put in something like Chicago to Beach, or Chicago to Mexico Beach, or Chicago to Mexico. This will bring up our FareIndex with many exciting destinations, sites, activities. Check it out, have fun.
Thursday, August 24. 2006Best Fares from New York to Europe - Prices Not Bad Right NowWell, we're getting back to cheaper fares from the summer time fare extravaganza. If you travel to Europe in the summer, you're going to pay, simple as that. Some good fares here and probably the best time to go, in my mind. For flights departing 09/07 returning 09/15
Tuesday, August 8. 2006Best Fares from San Francisco to Asia - Australia and New Zealand Very CheapLots of good prices here, especially to Australia and New Zealand, oh and Manila - where the volcano is, sweet. Beijing is expensive as is Tokyo, but both are not very pleasant right now. Go down under. Oi! For flights departing 08/22 returning 08/30

Tuesday, July 18. 2006Best Fares from San Francisco to Latin America - Prices Very HighWell, it's summer and fares are always expensive, even though it's winter down there, also, gas prices are high. Mexico City is cheap though, though being in DF this time of year is about as much fun as rolling around in steak sauce and going to the dog pound.
Thursday, April 27. 2006Best Fares from San Francisco to Asia - Super Super Low PricesLots of good prices here, the lowest ever for the Asia FareIndex. While it's probably super muggy-step outside feel like stepping into a shower time, well, not yet, it's getting there, fares are so low, you should schedule that trip to the Far East. For flights departing 05/11 returning 05/19
Wednesday, April 26. 2006The Prague of 2006? Buenos Aires ad nauseumHow many times have you heard that you must visit Argentina and Buenos Aires? I've been going since the early 90s, the travel pioneer that I am, but it is still a good time to go (login may be required).
If this sounds appealing to you, you should head down. If you haven't already, you should subscibe to the Latin American FareIndex to get updated pricing and trends - a huge tool for those wanting the optimal time to purchase a ticket. Monday, April 17. 2006Best Fares from New York to Europe - Prices Not Bad Right NowYes, we've turned the corner on low to high season, so expect prices to start inching up towards the $700 and $800 level. Sigh* Still, prices are not that bad, so a quick trip to Europe is within your reach. For flights departing 05/01 returning 05/09
Monday, April 10. 2006Best Fares from San Francisco to Latin America - Big Dip in Prices, Head Out Now!At the end of April, there is usually a dip in prices to South America because it's right after Easter, so not too many people are travelling. It's a great opportunity to head down and get some sun. If you've been rained on, snowed on, beat on by the weather, now's your chance to shed your woolens and expose your pasty white body to the brilliantly tanned, magically sculpted natives of Brasil, or maybe Venezuela. Or you could just hang with others of your kind in Costa Rica, sheesh, that fare is cheap.
Thursday, March 23. 2006Best Fares from San Francisco to Latin America - Big Price Increases, Panama City Cheaper!Unfortunately, we have turned the corner, April signifies the entrance into the high season for airfare and the prices reflect this. Sigh* Prices higher for most all destinations, except Panama City, which is a great destination. Perhaps now is the time to discover why Manuel Noriega loved this country so - perhaps the lax banking laws and well maintained infra-structure for smuggling. Nice.

Tuesday, February 28. 2006Best Fares from San Francisco to Asia - Super Low PricesSome great deals here, again, those in the know, know that January and February and some of March are the prime months to travel, to Asia, even better. Almost all prices are lower and now is a great time to visit all Asia destinations, it's warm in most destinations and the crowds are low, so get on a plane, practice your Chinese, and enjoy the delights of the far East. For flights departing 03/14 returning 03/22
Sunday, February 26. 2006Best Fares from Los Angeles to Europe - Fares are Still Very CheapIt's becoming Spring in most of Europe as temperatures are rising. Prices, however, have remained low, and now is a great time to go to Europe from LA. Though it's super warm in LA, a quick little ski trip to Switzerland or Italy could be the ticket.
Best Fares from New York to Europe - Still Cheap PricesStill good prices to Europe from New York, though the prices are going up a bit. Hit up London, very cheap at $348, the dollar's a little bit stronger, the weather ... is still bad though. Enjoy. For flights departing 03/12 returning 03/20
Wednesday, February 15. 2006Best Fares from San Francisco to Latin America - Good PricesIf you're an American, Venezuela isn't the best place to be, especially when Chavez is consided less US-friendly than Osama. However, Isla Margarita is an unbelievably beautiful place, forget about Porlamar, hit the small areas and you will be rewarded. Otherwise, Rio is cheap as is Mexico City (DF). However, if you've seen Man on Fire, you may want to pass on DF, but that's just me.
