Especially silly lists. None sillier than &quot;Best Places To Live&quot; because honestly, you can live almost anywhere in the world and be happy as long as 1) you have easy access to strong alcohol and 2) the internet. Which probably rules out places like Saudi Arabia, so we stand corrected perhaps.
